CONCORD — A former federal prosecutor is seeking to file a class-action lawsuit against Exeter Hospital over the facility’s hepatitis C outbreak.
In class-action lawsuits, plaintiffs allow their attorneys to pursue a case for themselves and others against the same defendant or defendants, in this case the hospital.
